need source for brass fitting for fuel selector

the hex brass fitting to connect the aluminum tubes to the old fuel valve selector
(4 positions: left right off off) is according to a hand written note found on the drawing
p/n 81-LB0658
Apparently was availabke years ago from T.E. Conklin Brass Fittings NY but they seem to be out if business.
Does anybody has a source or a part number ?
