| John Shipler was one of our earliest Falco builders. He was an experienced homebuilder who had built a Steen Skybolt and fell in love with the Falco. He flew the Falco in 1993, then later developed some heart problems and died in 1998. His daughter, Kris Shipler, helped him build the plane and has kept the plane and flown it since then. |
