Window Tool
The Window tool allows you to place a variety of windows by clicking on parallel lines in the drawing. The tool provides a variety of options and also the ability to place a storefront.

In the tool's dialog, you set the behavior of the tool:

The Window tool offers a wide variety of options for frame and sills. Your windows can be single or double glazed, with any number of panes.

To place a window, click on one wall line, drag to the second one, and then move the mouse to locate the window.

Storefronts with the Window tool

Storefronts are now a piece of cake. Set the tool to interactive (arrow icon). Click on the wall lines and then move the mouse around until you get the right number of panes.
