Hinge bracket installation on flap/aileron spar. Epoxy/fiberglass underneath.

Notice brass nail with head clip clipped off--used to locate nose rib and prevent movement while glue dries.

Pre-notching flap/aileron trailing edge strip.

The notches are finished with Exacto knife, chisel and sanding stick.

Preparing the flap/aileron assembly jig.

The aft support for the trailing edge strip is a 2 x 4 screwed down and planed to proper height/angle. The forward support holds individual ribs at proper height. Trailing edge and rib layout was drawn out on the table top.
