All flap/aileron aft ribs glued to the trailing edge strip in the jig.

The forward ends of the ribs are float sanded to accept the spar.

Flap/aileron spar glued to all aft ribs.

This was done by pre-clamping all ribs dry, then removing one clamp at a time and gluing the rib.

Final hinge alignment check before installing the nose ribs.

Nose ribs glued in place.

The base angle was set on a belt sander. Craige used masking tape under tension as a 'clamp'.

Gluing the leading edge strip to the nose ribs.
